Special guest judges Willam and Gage Munster join the Boulet Brothers to decide which monster will rise to the occasion and win this Cenobite inspired challenge, and which will meet a painful extermination.

After a harrowing experience in the ghost town, the remaining monsters are split into two teams to compete in the inaugural, "Boulet Brothers' Dragula Monsters of Rock Show". One band will cement their place in the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame and one band will go up in a blaze of glory - but not before facing an extermination sure to leave a mark. Special guests Michael Schmidt and Magnus Hastings join the Boulet Brothers in the mosh-pit to help decide our monsters' fates.

As the monsters are hunted one-by-one, they must all create Basic Bitch drag looks fit for a final girl. Comedy drag icons, Coco Peru and Peaches Christ make the trek to the wilderness to help the Boulets judge which Scream Queen will get their sequel and which will be buried in the woods.
